The programme is one-to one only, and begins with an initial consultation, following which, you will be given a food diary to keep for one week. Following which I will put together from scratch, your very own personal nutrition and activity plan.
All my plans are done on well documented and balanced eating habits..you won't find any fad diets here
I will then meet with you four times over the next four weeks working with you to make your new eating and activity lifestyle work in the long term to ensure you live a happy fulfilled life.
If you follow the plan, you WILL lose weight, there is no question to that.
